THE STORY
A practitioner,
not a theorist.
Rachel began her career in international hotels and travel and tourism, working across multiple countries and developing a belief that great service and great business performance are inseparable. That foundation has shaped everything she has done since.
Over more than twenty years Rachel has built a career spanning the full breadth of UK residential property leadership. Progressing to Managing Director of a national living sector platform, she held executive responsibility across finance, marketing, HR, technology, development, operations and revenue.
She has also held senior leadership roles at Grainger and Populo Living, and serves as a trainer and advisory board member for Propertymark.
That international perspective and whole business experience is what Rachel brings to clients through Hanniquet Advisory and Frances + Kayte. When she advises on operations, she understands the financial implications. When she advises on people, she understands the commercial context. When she advises on strategy, she has sat in the chair where those decisions land.
